We are changing up the Pig Scramble format this year. We will only have 2 scrambles—both on Saturday--they will be held in the outside ring between the cattle barns. Format: 10 pigs in each scramble, 12 names will be drawn randomly. The 2 children that do NOT catch a pig will receive $10.
6- & 7-year-olds will be at 11AM
8- & 9-year-olds will be at 1PM
Reminder: Oxford Fair does NOT make any arrangements for buying pigs back. If your child catches one, it WILL need to go home with you.
Also, this is IMPORTANT!! We are not allowed to hold or care for the pigs after the scramble. Please make sure you are able to take the pig home right after the scramble. We have tried to schedule the scrambles at times that you will be able to do this and return to catch other events. Make sure to get your hand stamped for entry back into the grounds
You may sign your child up any day of the fair. Entries for each scramble will close 15 minutes prior to the scramble. SIGN UP IN EXPO 1
